Coops
Unlike store bought coops, each Classy Coop is designed to not only look good, but last. All coops are built on a sturdy level wood floor. The run is entirely cased with hardware cloth and wrapped to prevent any breakage. The hen house is elevated above the run within the entire structure and is sided with LP smartside, a high quality pre-primed wood product. Each coop includes all the essentials for accommodating chickens: a 6’ service door into run, 3’x3’ double doors into coop, nesting boxes. Upgrades include linoleum flooring (to aid cleaning), shelving, windows, doors, and anything you can think of for a reasonable price. The following list is not exhaustive, and nearly anything can be worked out to suit your price range: these are just common sizes.

Shed and Out-building Repair
Often, repairs to the exterior of a building can be the right choice if you are looking to prolong your out-building or shed. I also specialize in shed repair. Services include door replacement, trim replacement, soffit and fascia replacement, roof replacement. Though every job is different and cost is based on a multitude factors, here are a few ballpark estimates: For example: a 10’x10’ shed with 64” double doors cost $600 to entirely replace doors, trim, and fascia.
Roofing/Reroofing
Often, a new roof is all you need to make that out-building look brand new again. I also specialize in roofing and reroofing. Unlike other contractors in the area, I will take on any job, no matter the size. Roof replacement for asphalt shingles typically costs $6 per square foot (which is cheaper than the competition). My reroof services always include a free examination of the decking underneath, and replacement as is necessary.
Siding/replacement
Like a new roof, siding is often all you need to perk up your old shed or out-building. I am competent in every main-line siding type on the market including LP Lap siding, Hardie-Plank siding, vinyl siding, board and baton, and other types.
Framing
Whether it is framing out that basement, or adding a partition wall, or framing some miscellaneous building, I am able to get the job done.
